SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days or if “out of stock” item,
we will advise (generally within 7 days). The following are the approximate
delivery times for various shipping methods offered.
Australian Deliveries
For Fastway Australia wide parcels to all major cities, please allow 2-3 business
days.
For delivery to remote or rural areas, please allow 4-10 days.
For Australia Post Regular (Parcel Post) parcels, please allow 3-7 business
days.
International Deliveries
Not available at this stage.
Delivery and packing charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the destination, postal service type selected
and the total weight of the order. Exact shipping charge is calculated and
shown upon the checkout or through our quotation service. Average shipping
charge within Australia is around AUD $10-$20 for Dampp Chasersâ and
UltraZorbä and for larger room dehumidifiers shipping charge is around
AUD $35-$55 depending on model chosen and destination. Note: All room dehumidifiers
and 120cm Dampp Chasersâ must be sent via Fastway couriers as the length
is too long for Australia Post. Insurance is included with room dehumidifiers.
CANCELLATIONS
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. Goods
are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be
cancelled.
RETURNS POLICY
Returning an Item
To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then
provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned within 14 days
of receipt date – original condition and contain all the original packaging
and labels. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery
and 10% re-stocking fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods
are the responsibility of the consumer.
Exchanging a Product
If you would like to exchange a product please follow the same instructions
as above indicating your requirements to us via email. Please ensure that
your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.
All return shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility
of the consumer.
