Instructions make it so easy for you to grow your own mung bean sprouts or any sprout for that matter, in a quick time of between 3-5 days.
Instructions for Use:
1. Soaking Rinse glass jar, sieve compartment and seedlings thoroughly under cold running water. Place seeds in the glass germinator and cover with cold water. Allow to soak (see soaking table on instruction sheet that comes with BioSnacky Glass Germinator).
2. Rinsing Screw the sieve compartment on the glass and turn the glass germinator upside down. To rinse, fill the glass germinator with fresh cold water and empty immediately. The more thoroughly you rinse the germinator, the more you will improve conditions for growth of the seedlings. After rinsing, tilt the germinator and sieve compartment at an angle to ensure the absolutely all of the water drains away (it is best to use a shallow bowl or other similar object for this).
3. Where to place your Glass Germinator Place your Glass Germinator in a warm, light position away from direct sunlight. Agitate the seedlings in the Glass Germinator regularly in order to separate them. Avoid the build-up of too much water or moisture.
4. Harvesting Sprouts and shoots are ready for harvesting within just a few days (see germinating table). After germinating, rinse both the germinating glass and sieve compartment thoroughly and allow to dry naturally. The sieve compartment is dishwasher safe.
tip: Once the seeds have been soaked, transfer them to the sieve compartment, ensuring that they are not too close together. Then place the sieve compartment in a shallow bowl or plate and add a little water. Make sure that the water just touches the seedlings rather than covers them. once roots have formed, water should only cover the roots. Change water daily.
