At this seminar you will learn about how your Sleep affects your weight, and your immune system.  You will learn about the right foods to eat at the right time of the day and how to eat chocolate without putting on weight!  You will become empowered to look after your body and lose weight effortlessly by observing a few rules of nature.  

You will discover that there are two hormones that come into play when it comes to sleep patterns and carbohydrate cravings.  These hormones are Leptin and Ghrelin... To find out more you just have to come along.

I have been to Annie's raw food workshop, and The Ins and Outs' of Bowel Health.  I learnt a lot about Alkaline water and food at these events and now I test my pH.  What blew me away about the Weight Lose talk was the way Annie helped me to understand my hormones and why going to bed late caused me to crave bread and chips the next day.  It was a revelation...  Annie asked me to write something about her talk which I attended at Cooroy early in 2009.  I have a bit of fat on my legs and arms, and hate going to the gym and don't have much time to exercise.  Just by going to bed at 9.30pm. and  doing the breathing that Annie taught me, I have lost about 2 kilos, and I haven't changed my food, or exercised any more than usual.  So I am very happy.  I also didn't get my usual cold during winter, so I'm excited about going into winter 2010.
