Next Raw Food Workshop in Cooroy 

The Natural Food Workshop is an experience of natural living - an opportunity to learn valuable food preparation skills.  Enjoying pureed exotic home grown organic fruits, eating salads and other fresh live and nourishing foods doesn't get any better than this. 

Workshops are carried out in the unique and private setting at Sunshine Ridge Retreat.  With views of the hinterland, sweeping hills and valleys and wide open skys, you will feel relaxed and welcome as you take part in this learning experience and meet some other like minded souls for an inspirational lunch.

We prepare a beautiful lunch with delicious dips, gluten free breads in the form of Waffle bread, fruit whips, sweet balls, vegetarian bakes and so much more.  Your workshop includes the latest up-dated version of IN THE RAW - The Manual, which will continue to inspire you long after the workshop is completed.
