Procedure:  Send a fresh saliva sample approx teaspoon size, which can be stored in a leakproof ziplock plastic bag (approx size 10cm x 5cm).  Create the saliva sample fresh in the morning before food,by spitting into the suggested bag, seal and send in an express postal bag.

Information that must to go with sample: Name & Address, phone number, date of birth, place of birth, description of complaint, email address, mobile phone number and date and time of spit.
