1. You need to prebook a day and time by emailing Anne and indicating "Phone Consultation", add your address, your age and gender, along with a brief description of your health concerns. (up to 1/2 page)
2. Prepay via credit card , $55+ $2.50 postal fee* for a 30min consultation, prior to consultation.
3. A landline number and booking will then be emailed to you with an appointment date and time.
4. Dialup the the special landline number given and discuss your health concerns with Annie Clark.
